(1) 13 years old to stay alone.
Children are welcome to stay at Simone's by themselves. Our staff will watch over minors when they use the facility. We will interview both parents and children in advance to ensure that there are no concerns. We also request that you purchase insurance in case of emergencies. If you are concerned about this, please ask us directly.
(2) Dormitory
Two shared rooms are available for men and women. If you are looking to save a little on accommodation costs, please take advantage of these rooms. Kitchen and laundry facilities are also available for longer stays. We also welcome those who want to enjoy meeting people on their travels.
(3) Surprisingly convenient
There is a drugstore, convenience store, town spa, and many restaurants within a 5-minute walk from Simone. A supermarket is also about an 8-minute walk away. You can easily find everything you need near Simone, so you can have a full day of fun.
(4) Close to the sea
Ohama Beach, Nishina Fishing Port, Ajo Cape Park, and Norihama Beach are all within walking distance of the ocean where different types of fun can be enjoyed. In summer, it is a great location to play in the ocean. In winter, why not take a walk, go beachcombing, or enjoy the sunset over the ocean?
