Supported by the love of those around them, children eventually begin to look for tangible outlines and tactile reality in these fantasies. This is adolescence. On the other hand, children naturally develop a spirit of independence and self-respect in order to break free from the sea of milk. We at Guesthouse Simone respect this spirit as much as possible.

The sea, the mountains, the rivers, and the abundance of nature in Nishi-Izu are all here to be enjoyed. What is important is that children learn the skills of playing with nature, which can sometimes be dangerous, and that they feel that it is fun. This will surely provide them with food for tomorrow and the strength to live. Our goal is to provide a place where children can have such experiences.

Rooms

Remodeling a warehouse for a building materials company.

A space that was originally a warehouse was extensively remodeled to create a new space to be used as a guesthouse. With high ceilings and an open feel, the space is a unique and pleasant place to relax, with the ruggedness of a warehouse and the warmth of wood.

Cafe

(1) 13 years old to stay alone.

Children are welcome to stay at Simone's by themselves. Our staff will watch over minors when they use the facility. We will interview both parents and children in advance to ensure that there are no concerns. We also request that you purchase insurance in case of emergencies. If you are concerned about this, please ask us directly.

(2) Dormitory

Two shared rooms are available for men and women. If you are looking to save a little on accommodation costs, please take advantage of these rooms. Kitchen and laundry facilities are also available for longer stays. We also welcome those who want to enjoy meeting people on their travels.

(3) Surprisingly convenient

There is a drugstore, convenience store, town spa, and many restaurants within a 5-minute walk from Simone. A supermarket is also about an 8-minute walk away. You can easily find everything you need near Simone, so you can have a full day of fun.

(4) Close to the sea

Ohama Beach, Nishina Fishing Port, Ajo Cape Park, and Norihama Beach are all within walking distance of the ocean where different types of fun can be enjoyed. In summer, it is a great location to play in the ocean. In winter, why not take a walk, go beachcombing, or enjoy the sunset over the ocean?

Activities

Fishing and cooking, beachcombing and crafts, snorkeling, etc... we will offer fun activities for kids and beginners. We will be assisted by adults who know how to play the local game. Those who want to try fishing in the ocean and have no experience are welcome.
