Cancel Policy
In the event of cancellation of a reservation for accommodation or activities, a cancellation fee will be charged from 5 days prior to the reservation date. However, this does not apply to cancellations due to disasters, typhoons, or other inclement weather that causes the hotel to close temporarily. Up to 15 years old (junior high school students): 1,650 yen/night (dormitory room)

Single occupancy
A single person can stay at the dormitory from the age of 13. However, those under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to stay alone and must meet with a staff member on-site.
Minors under 15 years of age must have a meeting with their parents in advance (face-to-face meeting for those under 15 years of age) and written consent is required before staying alone.
A prior meeting with a parent (face-to-face meeting for those under 15 years old) and written consent are required.
When a minor stays alone, he/she will be required to pay a fee for watching over the minor and to join an insurance plan.
Watch over fee
Up to 15 years old: 3,300 yen/day
Up to 18 years old: 2,750 yen/day
Leisure insurance is available for an additional 500 yen per day.
Dormitory
Only those 13 years of age or older are allowed to use the dormitory room alone. Children under 13 years old may use the dormitory if accompanied by a companion.
